We do deliver outside the UK Mainland and to some International destinations. Please call us on 0845 116 1505 or email us at customerservices@adorabletots.co.uk for a quote.  

Where delivery of furniture is provided by Adorable Tots Ltd, delivery means through the main threshold of the premises and does not include placement and assembly of furniture in a room of your choice unless otherwise staed in the product description or by prior arrangement with Adorable Tots

Returns Policy

Damages and faults are to be reported at the time of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or the missing item at no charge.

If non furniture goods are returned due to unsuitability then once they are physically back in our warehouse and have been checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging then you will be refunded by cheque less the delivery charge on the consignment. If we have to return to an address to collect an item once it has been accepted then we will also charge a collection fee that is equivalent to the delivery charge made at the time of order.

Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept textiles for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or furniture that has been damaged when cleaning.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us.

Please email details of the return to returns@adorabletots.co.uk or telephone us on 0845 116 1505 and will provide you with details of the warehouse where it needs to be returned to . Please do not send returns to our PO Box address as this address does not accept parcels .   We do stress that when returning items it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund once the goods are received back in our warehouse and have been inspected.  

Furniture Delivery

Please ensure that you have read all the information on our product pages for furniture goods and ensure that the furniture you are purchasing will fit in doorways and rooms, the majority of our furniture is fully assembled real furniture and it is vital that access points are measured in advance of your delivery. If our delivery team think that they may damage the item or your personal property navigating difficult accesses then they may ask to leave the furniture in safe alternative location. If we are asked to take goods back due to them not fitting into the final position that you purchased them for then we are unable to give a refund.

Where delivery of furniture is provided by Adorable Tots Ltd, delivery means to the main threshold of the premises and does not include placement and assembly of furniture in a room of your choice, if you require this service please contact customerservices@adorabletots.co.ukand we will advise you if this is possible, this service may incur an additional charge

Any damages, shortages or faults must be notified to the delivery team at the time you receive the goods. We ask that you unpack and carefully check your furniture to ensure you are completely satisfied with its quality and condition. Please do not hesitate to call us on 0845 116 1505  if you have any issues during the delivery process but marking "Goods unchecked or unwrapped" will not give you any insurance against then trying to return damaged items.

Custom Items

Custom-designed/made furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom designed/made are notated as such in the product descriptions.

It is your responsibility to check all materials for possible viruses before downloading from this website for any purpose.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publish. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Our products may vary slightly from one piece to another. Every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour and texture but no guarantee can be given. It is certainly best to order all furniture complete sets together rather than trying to add pieces to an existing set at a later date.
