Terms & Conditions

Delivery Charges   

We have FREE DELIVERY to the mainland UK for any orders over £50. Orders under this amount are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge.

Some custom made items and larger items are subject to a delivery/assembly charge, the item description pages clearly indicate if an additional charge for delivery and assembly will be applied. 

We do deliver outside the UK Mainland and to some International destinations. Please call us on 01706 24 88 44  or email us at customerservices@adorabletots.co.uk for a quote.   

Where delivery of furniture is provided by Adorable Tots Ltd in the UK, delivery means through the main threshold of the premises and does not include placement and assembly of furniture in a room of your choice unless otherwise stated in the product description or by prior arrangement with Adorable Tots

International delivery – Where Adorable Tots organises a freight forwarding company for delivery, Adorable Tots will make every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging to avoid any damage during transit, however if damage is caused during transit Adorable Tots cannot be held responsible. Adorable Tots will not be responsible for any import or port charges on arrival of the order in the delivery port

Returns Policy 

Damages and faults are to be reported at the time of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or the missing item at no charge. 

If non furniture goods are returned due to unsuitability then once they are physically back in our warehouse and have been checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging then you will be refunded by cheque less the delivery charge on the consignment. If we have to return to an address to collect an item once it has been accepted then we will also charge a collection fee that is equivalent to the delivery charge made at the time of order. 

Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept textiles for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or furniture that has been damaged when cleaning. 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. 

Please email details of the return to returns@adorabletots.co.uk or telephone us on 01706 24 88 44 and will provide you with details of the warehouse where it needs to be returned to. We do stress that when returning items it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund once the goods are received back in our warehouse and have been inspected.   

Furniture Delivery 

Please ensure that you have read all the information on our product pages for furniture goods and ensure that the furniture you are purchasing will fit in doorways and rooms, the majority of our furniture is fully assembled real furniture and it is vital that access points are measured in advance of your delivery. If our delivery team think that they may damage the item or your personal property navigating difficult accesses then they may ask to leave the furniture in safe alternative location. If we are asked to take goods back due to them not fitting into the final position that you purchased them for then we are unable to give a refund.

Any damages, shortages or faults must be notified to the delivery team at the time you receive the goods. We ask that you unpack and carefully check your furniture to ensure you are completely satisfied with its quality and condition. Please do not hesitate to call us on 01706 24 88 44 if you have any issues during the delivery process but marking "Goods unchecked or unwrapped" will not give you any insurance against then trying to return damaged items. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. While it is usual for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, Adorable Tots reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a delivery delay, Adorable Tots will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Custom Items 

Custom-designed/made furniture, furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom designed/made are notated as such in the product descriptions.   

Privacy and Data Protection 

Adorable Tots LTD is committed to protecting your privacy and always acts in full compliance with the current UK Data Protection Act. 

We collect information about you in two ways: 

  • By asking you to submit personal details. 
  • By using automatic technology such as cookies.   
  • We use this information to: 
  • Process your order efficiently and provide the best possible service. 
  • Plan and manage our core business and to conduct our own market research. 
  • Send you details of our products and services, if you have given us permission. 

We will never: 

  • Ask for more information than necessary or store it for longer than necessary. 
  • Disclose any of your personal details to any third party unless you have given us permission. (Please note: we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials and have no legal liability for such disclosures).

  • Use our best endeavours to keep your details up to date and accurate as long as you advise us of any relevant changes. 
  • Give you the option to ‘opt-out' of our mailing list (postal or email). 
  • Use our best endeavours to protect all your personal data from access by unauthorised parties. 
  • Provide you with full details of any personal data we store about you on request. 

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Viruses

It is your responsibility to check all materials for possible viruses before downloading from this website for any purpose. 

Conformity Of Goods 

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publish. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. 

Our products may vary slightly from one piece to another. Every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour and texture but no guarantee can be given. It is certainly best to order all furniture complete sets together rather than trying to add pieces to an existing set at a later date.   

Order Acceptance & Completion

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the delivery of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in our Returns section.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Suspected fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.

The sales contract is completed in England.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Adorable Tots disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

How accurate is Our website?
We have done everything to ensure that our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions or images. Descriptions and images are constantly checked and verified with our suppliers for accuracy.

Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate.

This encryption protects your details and makes it impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

We have made online shopping secure and easy. We use Visa and MasterCard Secure anti fraud protections schemes - if your credit card issuer participates in the scheme you will be asked for your online password to verify your transaction. If you have yet to register for this scheme, don’t worry your card issuer will either ask you to register during our checkout process or in another future transaction. In summary, you can be sure that we have taken every step to ensure that your online order is safe and secure.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. All card payments are processed for you by PayPal and the balance is paid to Adorabletots ltd . The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
