Damages and faults are to be reported at the time of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or the missing item at no charge.
If non furniture goods are returned due to unsuitability then once they are physically back in our warehouse and have been checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging then you will be refunded by cheque less the delivery charge on the consignment. If we have to return to an address to collect an item once it has been accepted then we will also charge a collection fee that is equivalent to the delivery charge made at the time of order.
Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept textiles for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or furniture that has been damaged when cleaning.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us.
Please email details of the return to email@example.com or telephone us on 01706 24 88 44 and will provide you with details of the warehouse where it needs to be returned to. We do stress that when returning items it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund once the goods are received back in our warehouse and have been inspected.
